Last Weekend's wedding

I've recently promised myself that I would update more often, so here it goes. Last weekend my assistant and I shot a simply gorgeous wedding that looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale.

We started the day with a small but elegant church ceremony.

Then we went to a private residence where we shot a few photographs before the second ceremony. Here's a few shots of just how the bride got from the house to the gazebo:

You didn't expect the bride to walk all the way from the house to the gazebo (nearly 1/5 mile) in heels, did you?

The second ceremony was more informal and laid back than the first.

The gazebo was surrounded by a beautiful garden and they were a very attractive couple, which made work easy ;).

It always amazes me the work a bride will put into the little details that most people won't see on her big day.
